KEY PERSONNEL

MR PAUL OSAJI, B. TECH, ANIVS, RS

Mr. Osaji, the Principal Partner is a 1984, product of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. A Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.

He is backed with a wealth of experience from his days as a project surveyor with World Bank Project of the Federal Mortgage Bank in Bauchi State and his seven (7) years stint with Messrs. Adebiyi Sonaike & Co. Lagos where he rose to become a Principal Manager.

He has served in different committees of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and currently a member of Professional Practice Committee of the Institution. He is a member of Institute of Directors (IOD) Nigeria.

MR KEVIN OFILI, ANIVS, AMNIM

Mr. Ofili is a Principal Surveyor of the firm and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 1997. He has Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, from University of Ibadan in 1999. He is currently pursuing a master Degree in Project Management with University of Lagos.

He is an Associate Member of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management.

He had his National Youth Service with Bureau of Land, Town Planning and Survey Ogun State in 1998. He joined our firm in 1999 and worked in various departments. He is currently working as a principal Surveyor in our head office property Management/Development department.

MR CHRIS EZE

Mr. Eze is a Senior Surveyor of the firm and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from Abia State University 1998. He had his National Youth Service with Messrs. Dan Odiete & Co (Estate Surveyors and Valuers), Benin City.

He is Probationer member of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He joined Paul Osaji & Co in April 2001 and is currently working in the Agency/Valuation Department at Victoria Island Office.

MR CHIEDU ANENE

Mr. Anene is a Senior Surveyor of the firm and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from Federal university of science and technology, in 1999. He had his National Youth Service with Delta State Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Urban Development in the year 2000-2001.

He joined the firm in 2001 and a probationer member of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He has worked in various department of the firm and presently the Head Surveyor of our Ikeja.

MR PATRICK OGUNJOBI,

Mr. Ogunjobi is a Senior Surveyor of the firm and holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Yaba college of Technology in 1999. He had his National Youth Service with Delta State Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Urban Development in the year 2000-2001.

He joined the firm in 2001 and a probationer member of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He has worked in various departments of the firm and presently in Valuation department at the Head Office.

MR FRANCIS OSAJI

Mr. Francis Osaji holds a higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Osun State Polytechnic Esa Oke in 1999.

He had his National Youth Service with Messrs. Bola Onabadejo & Co. Ikeja and thereafter joined Messrs Paul Osaji & Co. He is currently working with this firm’s Agency department, Ikeja Office.

MRS MARY ORJIAKO

Mrs. Orjiakor is a 1993 graduate of Biology from Delta State University Abaraka. She also has a post Graduate Diploma in Management with University of Calabar in 2001.

She has worked in various departments in our Ikeja office and currently working in our Agency department.

MR ROSECH NZEKWE

Mr. Nzekwe is a 1999 graduate of Estate Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He has worked with Messrs Emeka Nworgu & Associates, Abuja and currently working in our Agency department Abuja.

He is a probationer member of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He is currently working with this firm’s Agency department, Abuja Office.

MR. ANDREW NWABIANKEM

Mr. Nwabiankem is a 1992 Marketing graduate from The University of Nigeria Nsukka.

He has worked for several years with Human Construction Limited and Spring Advertising Limited. He joined our firm in 2001 and currently working with our Agency department in our Ikeja office.

MRS UKAGA OGECHUKWU

Mrs. Ukaga is 1999 graduate of Estate Management from The University of Nigeria Nsukka.

She had her National Youth Service with Federal Housing Authority, Abuja and thereafter worked with the firm of Messrs. Mezue Associates, Enugu.

She is currently working as Head Surveyor in our Abuja office.

MRS NWANOKWAI FIDELIA M. HND

Mrs Nwanokwai is a marketer and holds a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from the Federal Polytechnic Auchi in Edo Estate in 2001.

She has worked with Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1998 and currently working in our Agency department.
